Check its status in My Ad Manager — only campaigns marked Live actually serve. Pending review means our team hasn't approved it yet (usually within 24 hours); Draft means it was never submitted for payment.
Ads never show to accounts under 18 or during an emergency/STOP safety verdict — this is enforced at the database level and isn't something a campaign setting can override.
If a card payment fails to open, we automatically fall back to a hosted checkout link — you shouldn't see a dead end. If a charge is definitively declined, you'll get a payment-failed notification and no money is taken.
Double-check your file matches the size/format rules above (5MB for images, 50MB/10s-3min/480p+ for video, MP4 only). If it still fails, the error message now shows the exact reason — screenshot it and contact support if it's unclear.
