Snap it. Solve it.
Most problems people run into — a leaking tap, a strange dashboard light, a confusing bank charge, an exam question they're stuck on — don't need a generic search result. They need an answer held to the actual standard a professional in that field would use: manufacturer repair data, real exam marking schemes, published fee guidelines, not a best guess.
DIYLens was built around that idea. Snap a photo of the problem, and get a diagnosis checked against the real standard for that module — Fix, Study, Health, Money, Tech, Auto, Grow, or Legal. When something genuinely isn't safe to DIY — mains electricity, gas, structural faults, or anything in Health, Money, or Legal — DIYLens says so plainly and routes you to a verified professional instead of guessing.
That professional layer is the other half of DIYLens: Hire a Pro, where verified, background-checked pros list priced services or bid on posted jobs, with every payment held in escrow until the work is confirmed done. A separate Marketplace covers everything that isn't a service — buying and selling products directly, classifieds-style.
DIYLens is built Nigeria-first — payment rails and standards (CBN fee guidelines, NAFDAC-registered treatments, WAEC/JAMB marking schemes) are chosen for the market we're actually serving, not adapted from somewhere else. Every payment still settles in Naira, but prices display converted to whichever currency you're browsing from.
